The areas chosen for TopKayaker.Net's Fall Expeditions were remote wilderness , so our group had to consist of six or less for "low environmental impact." We will do more expeditions, and trials of sit-on-tops in the future.

Richardson Lakes of Maine's Northern Wilderness - Three islands were charted for three legs of our quiet, remote 17 miles of lake paddling. We camped two nights at each stop, spending the second day exploring the waters.
